The calibration of sky-screen is a critical task and an essential step in order to obtain accurate and reliable measurements for sky-screen. With the development of sky-screen and the expansion of related application fields, the calibration and verification also start to face the challenges of increase of cardinal number and growth frequency of verification cycle. Therefore, aiming at3important indicators:1) sky screen position of sky-screen,2) the sensibility of the target of sky-screen and3) the consistency of the responses of sky-screen, we proposed a new non-removable calibration device for speed-measuring sky-screen target. The detailed research contents are listed as follows:First of all,we proposed a novel method for non-removable verification system of sky-screen. We focused on the defects of traditional systems which have difficulties in detach the sky-screen target. We designed the overall plan of the calibration system of non-removable sky-screen target, achieved the calculation of position parameter, sensitivity and consistency of the screen. Given the relative position measurements of the small light source projected on the sky-screen target with or without output, we obtain the verification of space position of the screen; we are also capable of calculating the sensitivity of the screen based on compare with the output amplitude of the screen under test and the standard screen, which come from the time interval of the light source; using the circuits which detecting the response time donsistency to control the on/off of the light source,the consistency verification can be obtained based on compare with the preset-time and the measuring time.Next,We designed a non-removable calibration and verification device to obtain the critical parameters of speed-measuring sky-screen target. We completed the model selection of related products, the designation of hardware circuit, sequential control circuit, mechanical system and software system. We succeeded in verifying the key parameters of the measurement device.In addition,the measurable traceability and the uncertainty of measurement of the speed-measuring sky-screen target are analyzed. Through the lower level source tracing of calibration system, we utilize the numerical evaluation methods and assess the uncertainty of measurement and improve the calibration results.Finally,through the comparison between proposed method and traditional methods from the principle type test, the feasibility and rationality of the calibration device and theoretical method are verified.
