This paper, based on the embedded technology, GPRS wireless communication technology, puts forward and realizes power circuit breaker status monitoring wireless node design.The main work is as follows:Firstly, the paper establish the node hardware structure framework, according to the design requirements of the node hardware selection are analyzed in detail, and introduces the Linux operating system porting technology.Secondly, this paper details the node hardware interface circuit design and fabrication.Based on the theoretical analysis of signal intergrity, this paper realizes the simulation of PCB board wiring of the node through Hyperlynx software, and the result shows that the near-end crosstalk of automatically generated PCB wiring is about 1000mV, while after the manual adjustment is about 400mv. So, PCB layout of the manual adjustment is superior to the autumatically generated design.For the integrity problems of the PCB board signal, this paper choose reflection and crosstalk two aspects to improve and implement simulation analysis by decreasing the reflection produces overshoot amplitude to about 100mV, the crosstalk produces overshoot amplitude control to 60mv. The simulation results show that the wiring and signal integrity analysis effectively solves the PCB board signal integrity problems, and finally, the paper completes the entire PCB board design and production.Lastly, this paper completes the relevant interface driver writing and debugging simulation. And the debugging results show that, the node could successfully sent out data remotely by the GPRS module after data acquisition via AD module. In order to improve the reliability of the peripheral circuit and reduce the work load of ARM module, this paper use FPGA module driver TFT-LCD display controller to realize node's display function.In summary, the circuit breaker status monitoring wireless node based on ARM+GPRS platform, can ensure real-time online monitoring, at the same time, with the reliability, flexibility and scalability characteristics, and has certain application prospect.
