Study On The Optimization Of Construction Project Cost Control For The New Hualian Plaza

Cost control is a vital role for the development of the company for a long time. For construction projects, the situation is also true. At present in our country the construction of engineering projects, the cost control problem has been a lot of types, the cost management process of the loopholes is also a lot of, therefore, reasonable and effective control of the construction project cost, has a very important and practical significance.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the cost control of the construction cost control, and then summarizes the relevant definitions and theoretical basis for the following research. Then the new Hualian company and the project construction situation as simple introduction, put forward the new Hualian Plaza Project in the process of construction cost control of the present situation and some existent problems, then carries on the survey, discussion and research to the problems, and finally summed up the corresponding optimization strategy. In order to avoid the research into a mere formality, the research results are better applied to the practice, the paper finally put forward the concrete project safeguard measures. The research of this paper is very important for the construction project management to realize the benefit maximization. It also provides some references for the future research.
