Study On Cost Management And Control Of Construction Project

With vigorous promotion of China's economic development and urbanization,the construction industry ushered in the golden opportunity of development,in the development of the national economy plays a tremendous role in promoting.As a result of the increasingly fierce market competition environment,coupled with the construction enterprises with project,long front,rthe characteristics that lead to low profit gains of the construction industry more.In this increasingly serious social environment,the construction industry wants to continue to develop the key lies in the cost control.In order to improve the economic benefit of the construction industry,it is necessary to reduce the expenses and improve the management.This thesis mainly studies the cost control management of construction engineering project.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,and using the relevant cost control management theory,analysis of project engineering in the implementation process of the cost control management problems,analysis of the cost control problems and put forward to improve the optimization strategy.Effectively take the specific cost control management method,not only to ensure the project's profit,but also to ensure the quality of the case to be completed on time.This is conducive to improving the customer satisfaction,is conducive to the improvement of the overall competitiveness of the construction industry.This paper mainly focuses on the following two aspects;(1)the typical problems of the construction enterprises in the project cost control are analyzed,and the most important reason is that the cost control of the project is very important,the management cost is low,the method has many problems.This will result in the cost of the project can not be effectively implemented to improve,so that the construction industry is bound to the implementation of business strategy and expand and strengthen.(2)for the above reasons,the cost of management awareness,improve the cost control system,engineering management of the optimization of the cost of the project,engineering project cost control approach to improve the cost control of engineering projects and other five aspects of the proposed optimization strategy.It is hoped that through the research on the cost control management of construction industry,and through the combination of previous case studies to analyze the causes of the problem,the practical and theoretical analysis,and to summarize some targeted countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for future construction project cost control to provide valuable theoretical reference and practical basis.
