Bridge is an important part of the transportation line, which is the link between the road transportation. With the rapid development of traffic and Transportation Engineering in our country, not only has a large Xingqiao need to build, there are also a lot of service bridge has long service life of the need for maintenance and reinforcement and demolition and reconstruction. The Ponte Vecchio most of the old standard of design load, low standard. At present, there are many appeared defects, such as lack of strength, durability and safety that are too low. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the disease detection and assessment of the bridge and take the corresponding strengthening measures to ensure the transportation needs.The old bridge has many problems, on the one hand, due to the natural environment such as temperature, humidity, etc., the bridge structure is aging, mechanical performance is reduced; on the other hand, because of the continuous traffic load, the bearing capacity and durability of the bridge. Such bridges can meet the needs of the existing traffic volume, is the problem that people care about. Through the detection and evaluation of the bridge, we can judge the structure of the defect and damage degree, and estimate its useful life, it can also be used for the maintenance of the bridge. According to the detection and evaluation of bridge, we can determine the extent of the damage can be based on the residual strength to corresponding measures, reinforcement or reconstruction, so as to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, to avoid the emergence of the bridge collapse accident. To the bridge with a certain residual bearing capacity, the economic and reasonable and meet the requirements of sustainable development in our country.In this paper, two Baihe a span is based on the project of 41 m inclined leg rigid frame, the paper carried out the following work:the stress characteristics of the bridge form of the rigid frame bridge are analyzed, and the static and dynamic characteristics are summarized, and the influence of the inclination angle on the static and dynamic characteristics is analyzed. introduces several commonly used bridge reinforcement method, expounds the reinforcement principle, the reinforcement method of the inclined leg rigid frame bridge.Second, the jade belt bridge appearance and nondestructive testing, bridge foundation data collection, based on the finite element model is established and the loading state of the bridge are analyzed, and then into the action of static load test and evaluation of the bridge carrying capacity.Third, according to the actual situation of the bridge reinforcement, through the ANSYS to establish the bridge model, through static and dynamic load test analysis of the actual working conditions of the bridge.
