With the rapid development of automobile industry, manufacturing and many new technologies are introduced into the large and medium-sized passenger car, due to both passengers and run smoothly, the large-scale passenger car brake quality requirements more stringent, how can greatly shorten a brake performance testing time will directly determine the competitiveness of products in the market.This design according to the requirements of design in a passenger car manufacturers have proposed that the design of a new special purpose pneumatic disc torsional fatigue testing machine. The performance test on real vehicle brake often adopts the reciprocating test, not only has the strict request and will cost huge resources on site pilot test cycle at a month, resulting in product development is slow, slow to update, seriously restricted the development of the automotive industry. This design is based on the torsion fatigue testing machine of the traditional blueprint for the development of a new automatic fatigue testing machine, realizes the testing machine and the computer interconnection, real-time display of data storage, the overall reach the domestic advanced level. The design and the traditional vehicle test compared to save test time by 70%, greatly shorten the development cycle of the brake, which can significantly reduce the enterprise manpower resource.
