Vacuum booster with brake master cylinder is a key part of automobile braking system.The safety of the automobile is directly influenced the property of the vacuum booster,so the fatigue and performance test must be carried on carefully before sale.At present,the test should be carried on the different instruments,which decrease the precision and efficiency of the test.To solve this problem,we designed and manufactured a multi-functional test-bed which can carried on both fatigue and performance test.Furthermore,we optimized the design of the main-frame of the multi-functional test-bed with the finite element method.This test-bed can finish the fatigue and performance test at high-temperature,room-temperature and low temperature for once mounted specimen,which improve the efficiency and precision。Note that the device has a strong popularity as it can test different types of vacuum booster.
