As chinese nation power rapidly develops, the naval equipments are continuously developing and updating. The submarine as the strategic weapon platform bears defending national maritime homeland security and protecting national maritime rights and interests. So, the acoustic stealth of submarines is particularly critical. The floating raft system is currently a main measure for machines to reduce the vibration and noise in the submarines. Thus in this paper, we studied the optimization of the floating raft system.First, the detailed literature reviews about the sensitivity analysis and the optimization of the floating raft system are summarized.Next, the floating raft system consists of machines, rafts, isolators and the base. It’s a spatially distributed parameter system. The vibration transmission has the characteristics of the rigid-flexible coupling and multi-dimensional continuous. The dynamic equations of the system are established by mathematical models and the continuous boundary conditions. Then according to actual situation, the theoretical model of the floating raft system is simplified. And basing on the theoretical model we calculated the sensitivity analysis of the system.Then, basing on the sensitivity analysis of the system, we optimized the design of the raft frame format. With the finite element techniques and the optimization algorithms, we established the optimization model and carried out the topology optimization and the size optimization of the floating raft system.Finally, in order to verify the optimization results of the third part, we redesigned the raft structure so as to meet the processing and test. Then, the contrast test of the raft structure has been made.
