The concealment is a very important tactical and technical function of the ship. while the Floating Raft Vibration Isolating Devices can significantly reduce the vibration level transferred from the power units to the base of shipment. Admittedly, there are many factors affecting the performance of the floating raft, even those factors can affect each other. Therefore, the research on the floating raft is sorts of complex. Evidences accumulated to show that the study of the isolation characteristics of the floating raft parameters, optimizing raft structure to reduce the additional quality is of great significance to guide the floating raft design.In this thesis, we establish a finite element model of the float raft system, discuss how the main parameters of the float raft system affect the isolation system's performance, and proposed some common methods to guide the design of the float raft parameters . Also focusing on the main affecting factors of the isolation function---the structure of raft, we widely analyze the relationship between the raft's structure, rigidity, quality and the isolation characteristics.Base on the structural analysis, according to the characteristics of Vibration Isolating and those key factors taken into account in the procedure of the raft's structure design , the topology optimization model for the Floating Raft has been proposed. The procedure is as follows: firstly analysing the structure in wide frequency, Finding out the greater frequency acceleration , optimizatiing the model according to that frequency rate above , translating the acceleration vibration level gap into the displacement vibration level gap , making the transfer from structural analysis model to topology optimization model happen.Build optimization model of the float raft in HyperMesh software based on the above method, and make topology optimization in raft structure. Build new model base on optimized model, get Optimization model's vibration isolation characteristics in different frequencies, provide the source for the design of raft's structure.In view of the localization of dealing with result in finite element software, use Visual C++ programmes to read analysis result and show the curve in same graph to compare.
