| Vietnam has open reformed policy in 1986, and at the same time to the socialist orientation of target as the national goal of the reform of market economy. For 25 years, Vietnam’s economy has achieved rapid sustainable economic growth. Under the background of economic globalization, social face changing due to rapid urbanization process, urban development is facing fierce competition from the inside out. At present, urban competition is not only the competitiveness between each city itself, but rather in a core focus between the city and other surrounding cities, thus forming an about space, the close relationship between economy and society at the grass-roots level of an urban system. Therefore, the core tasks of regional planning strategy is to build a harmonious and balanced and stable development of the space structure, so as to promote balanced development between urban and rural, and from city to city.Hanam province is belong to the capital of planning of Hanoi, calibration for "south of Hanoi, the capital circle as the industrial support and high quality health care, education and tourism province" core growth [1]. In accordance with the overall view of regional development in Hanam province and analysis and evaluation of the development strategy of regional planning, on the basis of the purpose and significance, and puts forward the province’s economic and social development strategic plan. But from socio-economic stability to the demands of development orientation, the traditional urban planning methods are no longer suitable for urban development in today’s changing needs. So many countries in the world, now use the "strategic planning method" to replace the traditional method of overall planning, strategic planning method has flexibility, comprehensiveness and directional sex for a long time, and make up for the traditional planning method can overcome the shortcomings, and can adapt to the trend of rapid and stable development of economy and society in the future in Hanam province.Based on research of the related theory and experiential lessons successful implementation in China, and the basis of regional and urban planning model, the model of the superior points to Vietnam in the future planning, and development of Hanam province. This thesis first expounds Hanam province of position and importancein the capital Hanoi of Vietnam, and then described in detail and evaluation in the past and the present development situation of Hanam province. According to the overall analysis of the influence to the economic and social development in Hanam province and the urbanization process of strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and challenges, make sure the premise, overalland concrete goal helps to forecast whether the development of the province in the future. Also is pointed out that the regional development of the province regional functions at the same time, realistic project orientation, regional development strategy to launch various: urban spatial development as well as production, transportation, social infrastructure, spatial development strategy, to create momentum for the province’s development strategy to promote the overall development of the planning area. In the short term, finally, puts forward various need to implement the development of Hanam province has decided to strategic project, while introducing policies to assist to implement the strategy of various projects for planning the overall development strategy of Hanam province to achieve high effect. |
