With the rapid development of China’s urbanization level, urban lighting constructionhas entered the fast way.Growing urban lighting scale is uncoordinated with the managementleading our street-light facing high operation costs, the high rate of error,high energy wastedissues.Urban lighting need an urgent smart management.PLCC Smart Light is a light which use the power line communication to transfer andcontrol.There are a massive amount of applications in the fields like industrial automaticcontrol, intelligent furniture etc, due to the fact that it can save a mass of time and cost ofrepaving communication lines. Smart Street Light combines 3G communications, power linecarrier communications, cloud computing and other advanced technologies to achieve theremote control. As it have abnormal active alarm system, real-time power parameters statisticfor street environment, urban lighting management becomes more intelligent and meticulous.This paper starts from the classic architecture of the Master-Slave Street Light.Throughin-depth study of the relevant products,proposed an PFSR synthesized architecture.Thendetail analyses hardware and software design and implement of PC server,centralizedcontroller,the node controller of the three subsystem.Finally, the control test of the SmartStreet Light is deployed in Institute of Software Application Technology, Guangzhou &Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test data and effect show the system has easy to use,reliable and energy-saving features, greatly improving the street management level ofurbanization and economy benefit.
