Abstract/Summary:
With many exciting advantages, LED becomes the popular light source; In addition, the development of wireless communication technology, embedded technology and network technology make the wireless lighting system possible. In this situation, LED wireless lighting system pervails in public lighting ?eld.Different from the LEDs used as indicators, LEDs for lighting require more power.Hence, beside the thermal problem, in order to maintain the stabilibty, a particular driver circuit is required. Therefore, these LEDs are called high power LEDs.At present, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee technologys are the most popular wireless communication technology in wireless lighting system. Nowdays, Wi-Fi has been replaced by Bluetooth and ZigBee because of its high power consumption. Due to its easy application and popularity, Bluetooth gets a big share in the market. As for smart home?eld, low power consumption and the better Ad-Hoc Network function make ZigBee the most potential technology.In this paper, we build a LED wireless lighting system based on ZigBee. Meanwhile,some sensors are used to make such system intelligent. As for hardware, CC2530 is choosed as the control core, and PT4115 as the LEDs’ driver. In order to realize some intelligent functions, DHT11, HC-SR501, MQ-2 and GY-30 are selected to obtain the relevant environment messages.The convenience in installation, the high customizability and the advantages in cloud control possessed by wireless smart lighting system, which has been proved in the experiment, indicate its bright future in lighting ?eld.
