Since the 1990 s, large cities across the country have launched the city’s central business district(CBD) of the Planning and Construction. Therefore, some cities began to try building a systematic, large-scale air pedestrian system, optimize urban traffic, integration of regional function, improve pedestrian environment and promote business prosperity and other targets. However, the Mainland of China Urban Planning air pedestrian system is still in the initial exploration stage of development-related research is not sufficient, the lack of clear theoretical support, operational guidelines and practical lessons learned, leading to the construction of many of the air condition system is not walking do everyone.
