Study Of Open Space Planning Layout In Xuzhou Main City Zone Based On Accessibility

Urban open space, as one of the significant measures of urban construction and development, in addition to its own quality, its rationality of planning layout has a great significance to perfect the urban structure and improve the human settlement. At present, the construction of open space in Xuzhou main city zone is gradually improved, but it is still difficult to meet the needs of the residents to open space. The scientific evaluation of the open space accessibility in Xuzhou main city zone is a premise to reasonable planning layout, and whether the quantity and sectional organization of urban open space can meet the requirements of citizens in all sections of the city must be also taken into consideration.This paper uses the methods of multidisciplinary cross and fusion, and combines geographic information system with urban planning. The study was conducted from four aspects such as analyzing question, finding direction, dissecting problem and optimizing suggestions. According to the area scale and service scope, open space in Xuzhou main city zone falls into two categories: city-level open space and community-level open space. Advantages and disadvantages of current open space in Xuzhou main city zone are discovered through current status analysis. With the help of spatial analysis function of Arc GIS, attribute database is created with the statistical data of planning. Open space accessibility of Xuzhou main city zone is quantitatively analyzed by means of buffer analysis and network analysis from the perspective of "accessibility". The evaluation system of open space planning and layout is also established according to single factor analysis of open space planning layout suitability. Then provide approaches and optimization measures for the accessibility and open space planning layout of Xuzhou main city zone. And provide some countermeasures to shorten the travel time of urban residents; to consolidate the existing open space construction achievements and make reasonable development plan; to provide suitable environment and convenient transportation of the open space. That will furnish a reference with research strategy and GIS spatial analysis method to the study of accessibility open space and reasonable planning layout of Xuzhou main city zone.
