At present, with the rapid development of China’s economic development and urbanization of the city, with the PM2.5(air pollution) as the representative of the environmental problem has attracted more and more attention. At the same time, with the increasing tension in the energy, countries are active in the energy industrial upgrading. One important direction is the development of distributed energy system. In distributed energy system, the absorption refrigeration units use of waste heat is the most common form, is an important factor determining the actual operating results of the whole system. It has very important practical significance to the development and research of absorption refrigeration machine in the rational use of energy.Cooling water system is an important component of the absorption refrigeration system, the reliability of the cooling water system is an important guarantee for absorption refrigeration system stable operation. The cooling water system of the absorption refrigeration system occupis a high proportion of the beginning investment and energy consumption, the optimization design and optimization operation in relation to the economic of the absorption refrigeration system, so it is important significance in security and economy.First of all. In this paper, development and research status at home and abroad on the distributed energy and water temperature prediction model are introduced, the system of the project and the basic situation of the project were introduced.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of several common methods of load simulation, so as to choose the method of using software to simulate the load this project; Comparison of several common load simulation software, selects the commonly used software developed by Tsinghua University. With the project as an example, use the De ST software simulated the annual load of the buildings.Through the analysis the existing problems of the current model applied in absorption refrigeration units and water source heat pump unit, This paper proposes a method of establishing a new water temperature prediction model. The new model completed in accordance with the one-dimensional model that uses the temperature of air to simulate the temperature of water. Two continuously from the time and place are considered for the correction, optimized step by step, finally got a simple form which parameter is less and easy to get and easy in the solution of the new model to predict water temperature.Then, using the data fitting method to establish a basical performance model which cooling water inlet temperature and flow as variable and dependent variable is the coefficient of performance. By correcting the effect of load rate of absorption chiller on the coefficient of performance, the working efficiency model for absorption refrigeration units considering the cooling water inlet temperature and flow rate and the load rate of 3 factors was established. Energy consumption models were built in the water side of transmission and distribution system of constant flow and variable flow operation. Operating performance parameterprovided by the project test and manufacturers help to verified the model.Finally, based on the dynamic characteristics of absorption chiller and pump on thetransmission and distribution, select the system equivalent thermodynamic coefficient as the evaluation index, making the system equivalent thermodynamic coefficient to be largest one for the purpose, In different operating of the system(cooling water inlet temperature and loading rate), Temperature difference of cooling water is analyzed and studied, obtained the optimal operation strategy under different working conditions.
