With the acceleration of urbanization,the proportion of building energy consumption in China's energy consumption structure will continue to increase.While developing new energy sources as heat sources,we should also pay attention to the recovery and utilization of waste heat.The energy consumption of building bath hot water accounts for a large proportion of building energy consumption,.As the amount of consumption and the discharge volume is large.,bathing wastewater can be used as a kind of good resource.The bath wastewater has a high temperature,usually above 30?.In the conventional system,a large amount of waste heat which can be used with the shower wastewater not only causes the environmental heat pollution,but also the energy utilization efficiency.In this paper,we firstly talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the hot water heat pump type commonly used in the market.Then the conventional temperature difference water source heat pump water heater is analyzed and studied.Then the characteristics of the bathing wastewater and the sewage water source are studied.Next the development of the heat pump water heater with large temperature difference bath waste water is put forward,and its performance is also carried out.Experimental study.First,we design the heat pump water heater of the waste heat recovery of the large temperature difference bath waste water,put forward the structure form of the unit,and build the simulation program of the thermal cycle calculation of the heat pump unit through Matlab software,and simulate and analyze three kinds of heat generating units of 20 kW,30kW and 40 kW.According to the simulation results,the selection of the guidance unit is matched.Then,the establish the experiment platform of large temperature difference bath waste water source heat pump water heater unit,including the circulation system of the working material,the hot water side system,the bath waste water side system,the heat exchange system and the data monitoring and acquisition system.The test system is debugged and the error of the test system is calculated and analyzed.At the end,the influence of the inlet temperature of the hot water side,the inlet temperature of the bath waste water and the temperature of the hot water side on the performance of the unit,and the influence of the flow of hot water side and the side flow of the bath waste water on the performance of the unit under the fixed flow condition are emphatically studied.According to the above research and analysis results,it can provide reference for the design and operation of the large temperature difference bathing wastewater heat pump hot water unit.
