Among various heat pumps, the Ground-Water Source Heat Pump (GWSHP) system has the highest energy efficiency. Just because of this, in recent years, GWSHP system has become more popular in our country. However, the design standard of GWSHP system hasn't been established, and the data of the operating characteristic of the system is incomplete, so the development of the GWSHP system is still limited, In order to resolve these problems, a test facility of the GWSHP system was been built. The system features were analyzed and simulated based on the experimental results. In this paper, it emphasized on the influence of the supply temperature of the ground-water, the temperature difference between supply and return ground-water, the flow-rate of the well on the system, the difference area of heat exchangers . The experimental results showed that: in the summer operating mode, the refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance of the system decreased with the increase of the temperature difference between supply and return ground-water and the water supply temperature; in the winter operating mode, the refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance of the system increased with the decrease of the temperature difference between supply and return ground-water and the increase of the water supply temperature. It also showed that ,change the are of heat exchanger has great influence of refrigeration system.Based on the experiments, the simulation of the heat exchanger and scroll compressor was accomplished which also offered a favorable condition to the establishment of the whole GWSHPmethods were used to improve the veracity and astringency of the model, such as: dividing the condenser into several tiny segment with equal area; separating the condensing process into single-phase region and double-phase region; The comparing result showed that most of the error between the data of simulation and experiment was within 5% while the maximal error was 8.35%. and the compressor module error was within 6%.It's also proved that the simulation of the heat exchangers reflected the process rule well, the applicable range of this model was extensive, and the results were reasonable.
