The rapid development of China’s wind power industry makes the related wind power equipment manufacturing industry presented the vigorous development prospects. As one of the highest technical components the wind turbine gearbox has received great attention. To a large extent, wind turbine gearbox working ability is related to shaft, its design for manufacturability is a knowledge intensive process. With the application of PDM and PLM system, enterprises have very rich knowledge reserves, but knowledge reuse rate, knowledge value contribution and knowledge push efficiency low, push result lack pertinence, these problems remain. Therefore, this paper constructs a model of process knowledge push for wind turbine gearbox shaft design, to try to solve these problems.On the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign related research, this paper according to the similarity of knowledge push and immune processes, constructs process knowledge push model of wind turbine gearbox shaft design in Solid Works platform. The model includes knowledge base, knowledge demand model and inductive mechanism. This paper expounds the model function of each model and implementation method.First, use the similarity of knowledge push process and immune process built wind turbine gearbox shaft design process knowledge push model;Secondly, this paper analyzes the content of wind turbine gearbox shaft design process knowledge base, choice of knowledge ontology representation method to represent knowledge, and using the protégé to construct an ontology knowledge base, and knowledge representation for DNA mapping table, construction of wind turbine gearbox shaft product design process model of knowledge of immune cells, to provide the basis of implementation knowledge push;Thirdly, using the Feature Works and the secondary development of Solid Works, to identify the characteristics of product parts, and extracted knowledge requirement from the characteristics to build the immune antigen in the process of model, as a stimulating factor in the process.Finally, this paper optimize traditional concentration and affinity of immune algorithm, put forward a KP-IA method to realize the matching of knowledge needs and wind turbine gearbox shaft design process knowledge, construct product design process knowledge reasoning mechanism module.In the end, this paper taking a gearbox enterprise’s actual product spline gear in planetary gear transmission shaft as an example, realize the knowledge active push on the Solid Works platform, complete rapid inspection of shaft part. The system can feedback problems timely in the early stages of product design, and help the designers to improve the unreasonable product design.
