The backlash existing in precision gear transmission system seriously affect the stability of servo system, the system sensitivity and precision. In this paper, on the basis of variable tooth thickness gear transmission, the lateral clearance control research on precision transmission system is carried on by using the method of electric control. The selected topic has important theoretical meaning and engineering value. In this paper, The anti-backlash control system design and analysis of the variable tooth thickness gear are carried out and the experimental research on anti-backlash device of the new variable tooth thickness gear is carried on based on the embedded controller. This article mainly contains:â‘ In this paper, based on the STM32 embedded controller, The variable tooth thickness gear anti-backlash control system hardware such as actuators and sensors are designed and the prototype development is completed;â‘¡The research on the anti-backlash control strategis based on pressure and velocity detection of the new variable tooth thickness gear is carried on, and the test about algorithm principle of data acquisition and lateral clearance control is taken. The data collection and anti-backlash control program design are completed on this basis.â‘¢Do research on the anti-backlash control system which based on complex displacement variable tooth thickness gear. Carry on anti-backlash control at different speeds and positions. The corresponding transmission clearance/accuracy data is collected. The research on the relationship between the different backlash effect and pressure sensor data is carried on. The experimental results show that the anti-backlash control system can effectively control the backlash. |
