At present,the transmission system of most vehicle remote control weapon station elevating mechanisms are fixed shaft gear transmission.For continuous transmission and lubrication,there must be a gap on the gear tooth side,which causes a nonlinear backlash error when the gear rotates,which causes tracking error when the weapon system performs target tracking and shooting,which affects the shooting accuracy.Based on the above research background,this subject takes the final stage gear and tooth arc of high and low machine transmission as the research object.Firstly,the four anti-backlash methods of spring-loaded double-plate gear backlash,adjustable center-to-center backlash,KAMO zero-backlash precision gear rack backlash,and anti-backlash of spring loaded floating gear were compared.Finally,the spring loaded floating gear backlash method was selected as the research content of this subject.According to the basic theory of standard involute spur gear,a parameterization program was programmed in Pro/E to accurately parameterize the gears.The virtual prototype model of the gear pair with clearance was built in Adams,and the feasibility of the anti-backlash of spring loaded floating gear method was verified.According to the engineering drawings,the precise modeling of the elevating mechanism gears of the remote control weapon station was carried out.According to the overall arrangement of the remote control weapon station,a set of spring-loaded floating gear anti-backlash mechanism was designed in the three-dimensional software,and assembled with the gears of the high and low gears.The multi-body dynamics model of this system was built in Adams.The preloading force,stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the spring were determined by simulation analysis.the MATLAB program was written according to the formula of the tooth surface contact fatigue strength,and then the finite element analysis was performed on thehigh and low gear pair of the anti-backlash mechanism,it was proved that under the action of the preload force of the anti-backlash mechanism,the tooth surface contact stress of the gear and the root bending stress satisfy the allowable stress requirements.It was concluded that when the preloading spring was set with reasonable preloading force,stiffness and damping coefficient,the anti-backlash method of spring loaded floating gear can well eliminate the flank clearance of the gear teeth of the elevating mechanism.And the nonlinear backhaul error that exists when the gear rotates,thus improving the shooting accuracy of the weapon.
