Along with the rapidly extension of domestic aerodrome system, diversification of runway operation configuration, and more flexible taxiing procedure. The analysis of aircraft operation safety on airport surface which is referred as complex in terms of both physical configuration and aircraft operation procedure is an urgent problem need to be solved. In recent years, although the collision risk models of en-route flight have been maturing for well, however, there is no related scholars to research specifically how to analysis the safety of aircraft which is taxiing on the airfield surface in the view of dynamic aspect systematically. In order to provide available reference for the airfield managers to detect the vulnerable spots of airport surface with aircraft operating on it, and to determine which one is the most critical measure for remarkable improving the airport operational safety. For the sake of demonstrate the degree of the safety operation in complex airfield surface more scientifically and effectively, this paper proposes a systematic analysis framework of aircraft operational safety.This article investigates the possible potential collision place by the dynamic behavior of aircraft based on the static property of surface take the analysis of the characteristics of complex airport as the entry point. Additionally, according to the post records of jet hazard that occur in America airports summarize the typical sense of jet blast accidents, understand the characteristics of the exhaust of jet plane’s engine, at the same time extract the covariance item of jet hazard. Meanwhile, on the basis of the relative movement of interaction aircraft classify the interaction into different types. Then, determine the threshold that define the severity level which divided into potential collision, collision and hazard to quantify the collision by establishing collision mode of taxiing aircraft. Finally, take the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as an instance to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
