With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, more and more people pay attention to the vehicle ride comfort. It’s an important part to solve the NVH problems in order to improve the vehicle ride comfort. The intermediate support which is added when the transmission shaft was segmented comes to be one of the key link to solve the NHV problems. Usually, the drive shaft is supported by rubber or other elastic element on the frame or the automobile body to absorb the energy to reduce vibration. The main work of this article is as follows:1. The basic properties and performance parameters of rubber materials are studied, and the formulation design is researched. What’s more, the main physical properties and the isolation characteristics of the vibration isolating rubber materials are analyzed. In the end the main rubber materials of the intermediate support assembly are determined.2. The parameters of Mooney-Rivlin mode is derivated and calculated, and the rubber parts og the intermediate support assembly is analyzed by the finite element software of ANSYS. Finally, the parameters 1C and 2C are determined. The parameters of the Shear Response in the Viscoelastic mode by ANSYS is deduced on the basis of the existing Prony series of the rubber’s relaxation modulus.3. When the harmonic response of the rubber parts of the intermediate support assembly is analyzed by FEM, the dynamic stiffness under different frequency of the rubber is calculated according to the retention curve of the rubber. The relationship between the dynamic stiffness and the frequency are got by polynomial fitting.4. The rubber is simulated by standard liner solid model and the relationship between the quality factor Q and the frequency is deduced. T The best damping effect of rubber parts is deduced at a frequency, so that it can be used to guide the middle supporting assembly rubber parts.5. In the whole mobile power system, the relationship between the parameters of standard linear solid model and the relaxation modulus are deduced according to the steady state response of the mobile body under different road excitation. The different 1 / Q values of the intermediate support assembly are got by the relaxation modulus. The biggest 1 / Q value corresponding to the rubber is the better intermediate support assembly.
