The build of ecological environment needs the leading from scientific and practical aspects. Meanwhile, following the present situation is also vital. The ecological environment theory of Marxism is the basis during the construction of Chinese ecological environment. It is also instructive to build a healthy and ecological environment. In terms of the Marxism theory, different philosophers adopt different methods to illustrate their opinions and research on the world and tell the difference and similarities of the world. The aims of them are to make the world better. Therefore, the construction of the Marxism ecological environment should be from the aspect of the practice, and it also needs to follow the steps and the changes of the present times. The construction of the Marxism ecological environment is agreeable to the social civilization and progress. The second chapter mainly elaborates the theory of the relationship between man and nature based on Marx’s ecological theory, and illustrates how the definition of man and nature get along through the idea of sustainable development and environmental friendly construction idea. The third chapter mainly expounds the formation of environmental friendly construction concept and the conflict between man and nature, including the relationship and conflict between humans and nature. With the construction industry as an example, the chapter expounds the contradiction between the amount of short-term benefits of sustainable development, such as substandard building planning science, resulting in a large area of the building space waste and the quality of construction difficult problems and material energy waste problem etc..The fourth chapter mainly expounds the development status of Shanghai city environmental friendly construction concept, the main conflict from the Shanghai city construction industry in human and nature relations angle. This paper expounds the present situation of development of Shanghai City, environmental friendly building ideas and direction of development. In Marx’s ecological theory guidance, perfect and consciousness of environment friendly construction idea are improved. Meanwhile, Shanghai city environmental friendly construction concept of implementation of safeguard measures is also making great progress. The fifth part is the conclusion, and it mainly expounds the Chinese socialist system, harmony, Chinese modernization construction must make follow the guidance of harmony between man and nature at the same time. With the guidance of the Marx doctrine in the ecological environment in harmony theory and the laws and regulations of our country man and nature, our country will build the sustainable development of the concept of governing the country, the construction of a more harmonious ecological environment on the basis of the achievements of reform and opening up.
