Study On Motive Order And Metamorphous Condition Of Planar Changing Degree Of Freedom Mechanism

The changing degree of freedom mechanism(CDFM),as a new modern mechanism,is a kind of mechanism that the mechanism's degree of freedom(DOF)is more than the driving links.but on some condition,it is also a kind of mechanism which has certain motive regulation.The advance of the conception not only bring vital force and vigar and enrich the conception to traditionary mechanism but also enrich design method.According to different needs,CDFM Can change its configurable form to adapt variable mission and complete the function,if these functions are completed by fixed DOF mechanism the design will be very complex.So there are amplitude application foreground byuse CDFM. This paper focuses on motive mechanism of planar CDFM. The change of the metamorphous mechanism about the degree of freedom is analyzed and studied on the MM'S metamorphous condition fore-and-aft,its application and function are also discussed.Second,base on Cramer's rule,The singMoop and multiloop condition are researched when they are on metamorphous condition and open out the relation between partial metamorphosis and unitary metamorphosis;base on L'Hospital rule,the velocity and speed ratio of planer mechanism are analyzed when they are on metamorphous condition;at last the motive subsequence of the planer multiple degree of freedom mechanism are researched and analyzed.
