Research On The Quality Control Of Bridge Engineering

With the continuous development of Chinese transportation, the improvement oftraffic capacity,the increase of vehicle ownership, and the sharply rise of the large and overloaded vehicles, the roads and bridges barely withstand the increasing traffic load. So, that makesthe quality to be the most important factor on the engineering process. If the quality cannot be guaranteed, everything else is meaningless, so does the bridge construction. High quality can reduce the cost of rework, to cut down the investment cost, reduce the frequency of maintenance, to ensure long-term operational stability of the bridge construction,so that, to improve investing efficiency, reduce maintenance costs and so on. So, the quality is the most crucialfactorin bridge engineering process. We must strengthen the quality management and control to ensure the quality of bridgeconstruction.Firstly, this paper introduces the major factors in the quality control process of bridge engineering, as well as the commonly used quality management system and the control methods. According to the quality control of the project implementation phase, I make the analysis of the problems, and then give appropriate proposalsSecondly, according to the practical overview of bridge engineering, the comparison has been made in the quality control issues and problems, so that I can make the analysis of key processes of quality control, which leads to the study of the project specific quality control issues of TBW bridge construction.Thirdly, the proposals will be given, on the basis of the previous study on what processes need to be improved and controlled in the engineering process. And analyze the quality control on each stage in the engineering process, to create the quality control plan which can guarantee the quality of the project, which is more comprehensive and specific.Finally, through this study, lessons and experience of control process of bridge engineering quality control process could be learned, and we can look into the future developing direction. And apply previous study to the other construction; to reduce the risk of quality control occurred.
