Modular Design And Research Of Small Single City Pure Electric Vehicle

The development and popularity of pure electric vehicles is imperative with urban pollution and energy consumption more serious. And with the growing problem of urban congestion, vehicle downsizing has become feasible to solve the problem of road congestion. Research and Discussion of small single city pure electric vehicles not only has great significance for the sustainable development of urban resources and saving use of energy, but also provides effective solutions to solve urban congestion problems, and plays an important role in popularity of electric car market popularity and guiding groups cognitiveThis paper focuses on applications of modular design in design of single city pure electric vehicles. Based on research and analysis of the current development of electric vehicles, this paper summarizes direction and opportunities point of the single city pure electric vehicles. Starting from the modular design theory, this paper combs the concept, the theoretical foundation and the development of modular design, and analyzes the characteristics and development of modular design methods. And then I analyze the application of automotive modular design analysis, which was extended to urban single pure electric vehicles, according to the objective situation of single city pure electric vehicles, summed design elements and methods of modular design in design of single pure electric city vehicles. Based on the current development situation of urban single electric vehicle and characteristics of urban life, this paper analyzes urban residents travel demand by way of questionnaire survey, and summarizes a variety of functional requirements of single urban electric vehicles. Combined with the modular design approach, I transform needs of a variety of functions into design point multiple functional modules of single urban pure electric vehicle. Depending on the functional requirements, I analysis and design the corresponding functional modules and then draw a detailed functional module design of single city pure electric vehicles. Finally, I completed the design and rendering, using design case to verify studies.The result of this paper has certain significance for design study of single electric car. Applications of modular design approach in the single city of pure electric vehicle can avoid function missing due by body size limit, hereby improving the practical value of single electric vehicles, and provide a new idea to solve the urban traffic congestion problems and the popularity of the development of electric vehicles...
