With the quickly development of urban modernization, the contradiction between urban underground engineering construction and buried pipeline deterioration is being worsen, which resulting in the deformation and failure of buried pipeline under the impact of urban underground engineering construction.The leaks caused by pipeline leakage have caused huge economic losses to the social environment, and so is the underground engineering construction. In this regard, taking into account the influence of underground engineering construction to the safety performance of buried pipelines, selecting the best safety of buried pipelines layout schemes has become an important measure to build a harmonious development model of urban underground space.In this paper, by the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign scholars on the relevant research and analysis of deformation and failure of buried pipeline effected by underground engineering construction, it analyzes and points out the factors of buried pipelines safety layout effected by urban underground engineering construction, and analyzes the impact of these factors on the safety performance of urban underground pipeline. Based on the practice of subject and object association it proposing the safety performance indicators of buried pipeline under the influence of underground engineering construction, and laid a solid foundation to construct a scientific, reasonable, comprehensive model of buried pipeline safety evaluation.This paper summarizes the theoretical development of the analysis of the current evaluation methods, and analyses the applicability of the methods for performance evaluation of buried pipeline safety evaluation under the impact of underground engineering construction combined with the influence of the forward analysis. It uses the method of image objective entropy– composite element to analyses the safety evaluation of buried pipelines using, which also fills the theoretical correlation method safety evaluation of buried pipeline.According to the influences of characteristics of the construction of underground engineering–underground pipeline–social security, it uses the method of relative entropy- composite matter element analysis to evaluate the influence of theory analysis of buried pipeline safety performance under the impact of construction of underground engineering. First, according to the characteristics of the buried pipeline is the safety evaluation of underground engineering construction under the use of entropy method to determine the index weight and to allocate, which can reflect the importance of each evaluation index for safety performance plan from the side. Then, in view of the problems of multi-index of the performance evaluation index of buried pipeline safety level, it can establish the entropy-composite matter element evaluation model based on matter element theory. Finally, it can optimizations scheme of buried pipeline layout scheme chosen based on multi objective optimization. Considering the characteristics of less data, small samples, particularly the paper introduces the analysis method of grey relational analysis deviation to discuss the determination of the optimization program.
