Autonomous controller realizes the mission planning, scheduling and data management as the key system of deep space explorer, and its reliability determines the success or failure of the deep space exploration. To ensure the reliability of autonomous controller, tests and verification are needed in the development process. The ground test system for autonomous controller in this thesis completes the functional tests of PCM telecommand, BPSK telemetry, data transmission and payload data management of autonomous controller, and it provides guarantee for the reliability of the autonomous controller.After analyzing the test demand of autonomous controller and considering the expansibility of ground test system, PXI & PXIe architecture is adopted in this thesis. According to the requirements of the interface and function, the test system is divided into telecommand and data transmission module, BPSK telemetry module and payload data simulation module. On telecommand and data transmission module, ping-pong SRAM caching technology is used as data transmission receiving buffer, and PCI 9054 is adopted as high-speed data transmission interface of PXI bus. BPSK telemetry module, NI Flex RIO module, is a kind of reconfigurable instrument. BPSK carrier synchronization based on the Costas loop and timing synchronization based on Gardner algorithm are implemented by Lab VIEW programming, and the two loops are implemented by FPGA reconfiguration technology of Flex RIO module to cover BPSK telemetry signal digital demodulation. Four pieces of 8GB Compact Flash card are used as the mass storage for payload data on payload data simulation module, and PCI interface based on Avalon bus achieves DMA burst loading of payload data. Then PXI module drivers under Windows 7 are developed by NI VISA. Meanwhile, the control software is developed in Lab VIEW, and RS concatenated convolutional decoding conformed to CCSDS 131.0-B-2 specification is achieved in the software.By tests and verification, the ground test system in this thesis can well meet the test requirements of PCM telecommand, BPSK telemetry, data transmission and payload data management of autonomous controller, and the test system with good compatibility and expansibility has been used in the test of autonomous controller.
