Abstract/Summary:
Solar energy is widely used as a new energy source,compared with other new energy forms,it has the characteristics of universality and cleanliness which make it become a research hotspot in the field of new energy.Concentrating Solar Power(CSP)is an important utilization technology in solar energy,and the tower solar power generation system is one of the main CSP technologies.The absorption utilization of solar energy is an important factor in affecting the development of tower solar energy,and the tracking accuracy of the heliostat tracking mechanism plays an important role in gathering sunlight precisely on the tower receiver,means it plays a decisive role in solar energy utilization.Therefore,accurate tracking of sunlight,that is,research on the transmission accuracy of the solar tracking mechanism transmission system is very important.In this paper,this article will study on the gear transmission accuracy with the heliostat tracking mechanism gear system.The main contents of its research are as follows:A single pair of spur gears in the gear system of CSP heliostat tracking mechanism is selected as the research object.Study the static transmission accuracy of the output of a single pair of spur gears by the Monte Carlo method and the dynamic transmission accuracy of spur gears under load by the Finite Element method.The dynamic and static transmission accuracy of the gear output is calculated by coupling and obtained the transmission accuracy of the output of a single pair of spur gears.Combined with the experimental data of the transmission precision of the output of a single pair of spur gears under the same working condition and verify the effectiveness of the research method of gear transmission accuracy.The CSP heliostat tracking mechanism gear system is divided into three parts: a planetary gear reducer,a thickened gear,and a worm gear.Establish a mathematical model of the three-part’s static transmission accuracy of the heliostat tracking mechanism gear system and propose a numerical analysis method to perform a numerical analysis of static transmission accuracy for the mathematical model of static transmission accuracy based on the research method of spur gear transmission accuracy.Combined with the static transmission accuracy by the Monte Carlo method and verify the feasibility of the numerical analysis method.Analyze the static transmission accuracy of the output of the gear system of the CSP heliostat tracking mechanism based on numerical analysis methods.Established a dynamic transmission accuracy model of the planetary gear reducer,thickened gear and worm gear and analyze the transmission accuracy of transient dynamics of the three parts of the tracking mechanism gear system based on the analysis method of transient dynamics of the spur gears.The dynamic and static transmission accuracy of the output of the tracking mechanism gear system is calculated by coupling and obtained the transmission accuracy of the output of the gear system of the CSP heliostat tracking mechanism.Compare for the transmission precision test data of the output of the experimental prototype of the CSP heliostat tracking mechanism gear system under the same working conditions.The reliability of the research method of gear transmission accuracy is further verified,which provides a reference for the research of precision gear transmission.
