Asphalt pavement is the main form of Chinese high-grade pavement structure, permanent deformation of asphalt layer(rut) is one of as long as the disease. In recent years, along with the formation of the highway network, traffic volume increases, chances of getting asphalt pavement rutting disease increase rapidly, seriously has affected the driving comfort and safety. Therefore, in order to guarantee the safety of driving and must control the asphalt surface permanent deformation(rutting). Based on this, this article will carry on the design of the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture performance indicators research. This article first of several typical Jilin province highway rut disease investigation and cause analysis, through the ANSYS finite element software simulation and analysis of asphalt pavement under dynamic load stress strain response, To determine the surface structure stress along the depth direction and the rut disease mainly appear in middle surface course, Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is put forward in middle surface course of functional requirements for high temperature rutting resistance.Secondly, according to the above middle surface course of function, main consideration its resistance to high temperature rut function layer in asphalt mixture design index. By querying the related data and combining with the existing research results, preliminary draw up dynamic modulus, compressive modulus of resilience, compressive strength, shear strength, splitting strength and failure strain six parameters as layer in asphalt mixture design parameters, analysis of the parameters with the changing rule of the asphalt content, use of variance a nalysis methods to analyze sensitivity of each parameter with asphalt content change, ultimately determine dynamic modulus as the design index of asphalt mixture on middle surface course.Finally, using the splitting repeated creep test validate the perfor mance of asphalt mixture of high temperature, creep parameters with asphalt content change rule is analyzed, establish a correlation between dynamic modulus and creep parameters, analyses creep parameters changing with dynamic modulus. Finally puts forward middle surface course in asphalt mixture according to function design of control standards.
