| In recent years,the transportation industry has developed rapidly and is facing unprecedented opportunities,but new opportunities often face new challenges.The increasing traffic capacity and the effect of road transportation make the rut damage of highway traffic in China more and more serious.The rutting disease destroys the integrity of the pavement structure and reduces the working life of the road.in order to deal with the rutting issue of asphalt pavement more efficiently,and take into account the suitability of cost and the simplicity of technology application,this thesis introduces the French high modulus asphalt mixture technology,and absorbs,transforms and applies the French high modulus asphalt mixture technology according to the actual national conditions.In this thesis,HMB high modulus natural modified asphalt is chosen as raw material to prepare high modulus asphalt mixture,and its preparation process and road performance are studied through laboratory tests.Based on the reconstruction engineering of Hanxingjie to Beizhangzhuang section of national highway 107,through the investigation and optimization of raw materials of high modulus asphalt mixture,the theoretical analysis,key parameter research,mineral aggregate gradation design,mix ratio optimization design,road performance,long-term performance and key construction technology of high modulus asphalt mixture design method are carried out,and a set of application technology of HMB high modulus natural asphalt mixture is proposed.The main results and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Marshall design method,Superpave design method and French high modulus asphalt mixture design method are analyzed.EME gradation is selected,and combined with the actual situation in China,Marshall method is used to test its performance index,and the design method suitable for high modulus asphalt mixture in China is obtained.(2)The EME-20 gradation of the French high modulus design method is selected,and the coarse gradation,medium gradation and fine gradation and AC-20 gradation are selected.The Marshall index is tested to determine the best oil-stone ratio.The optimum oil-stone ratio of EME-20 coarse gradation,medium gradation and fine gradation is5.6 %,5.7 % and 5.8 % respectively,and the optimum oil-stone ratio of AC-20 gradation is 5.5 %.(3)The pavement performance of EME-20 graded high modulus asphalt mixture with coarse gradation,medium gradation and fine gradation is tested.Through the rutting test,proving its high temperature properties;beam bending test to proving its low temperature properties;freeze and split test to proving its water stability.The experiment results show that the integrated performance of coarse gradation is better than that of medium and fine gradation.The dynamic modulus of EME-20 coarse grading and AC-20 grading high modulus asphalt mixture was studied by dynamic modulus test,and the dynamic modulus master curve equation of EME-20 coarse grading and AC-20 grading high modulus asphalt mixture was obtained.(4)On the basis of the test,the construction technology of high modulus asphalt pavement is studied relying on the reconstruction project of national highway 107 from Han Xingjie to Bei Zhangzhuang.High modulus asphalt mixture can extend the mixing time to ensure uniform mixing mixture.Can improve the construction temperature,to ensure that high temperature conditions to complete the high modulus asphalt mixture rolling. |
