Along with the rapid development of missiles and large-scale deployment.Air and missile defense technology have attracted more and more attention from various countries, the technology of Multiple Kill Vehicle can effectively deal with the penetration form of ballistic release bait. This paper mainly studies that the attitude stable controller design for the separation process of multiple kill vehicles and analysis the disturbance factors for separation process of multiple kill vehicle and the cooperative formation control problem of multiple kill vehicles.After command and control System release the launch command, the cabin of kill vehicle carry some kill vehicles flight to the book location and then release them. On this basis, the design of the second-order sliding mode attitude controller and nonlinear dynamic inverse attitude controller has been established. And compare the characteristics of the three attitude controller via simulation.In order to optimize the separation process, the main factors affecting the separation process was simulated.
