In recent years, with the rapid increase of air traffic flow, flight path separation safety has become more and more serious. So safety evaluation is researched according to different route structure under separation standard. It provides an effective method for recognizing flight path separation, so improper flight path can be improved in the future.Position data of ADS is in WGS-84 reference frame. It can be translated into plan reference frame by coordinate counterchange, then flight path can be described in plan. Kalman filter is used to solve problems of data loss and error during ADS data transmission, so impacts are effectively reduced. Simultaneity of different flight path can be realized in time calibration arithmetic.Combined improved Reich model and probability theory, collision risk of parallel route is analyzed, then protection zone model and collision risk models in different directions are established. Flight path separation evaluation can be realized by calculating collision risk in three directions. According to sufficient and necessary qualification of flight conflict, Collision risk of crossing track is illustrated by combining protected zone method with probability theory. Protected zone method is used to calculate horizontal overlap probability of two aircraft. Probability theory is used to calculate vertical overlap probability. On the basis of above models, flight path separation evaluation system is developed. Safety assessment of two groups of flight paths is simulated through this system. The results indicate that the paper provides a feasible method for safety evaluation of flight path separation.
