| With the development of science and technology, into space and explore space requirement is becoming more and more strong. Air-launch can effectively reduce the space transportation cost, as the same time, it has high autonomy and mobility. On the separation process of air-launch its essence is a complex unsteady multi-bodies separation process.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of effective and practical aerodynamic engineering modeling method of store separation in the carrier aircraft interference flow, and through the 6DOF flight simulation to analyze separation characteristics. As the same time, the numerical simulation result on the separation characteristics was presented. On the final, confirmed the separation security boundary and reduced the risk of separation flight test. The main contents are as follows:(1) Creatively established a set of effective and practical aerodynamic engineering modeling method of store separation in the carrier aircraft interference flow. In this paper, according to the wind tunnel test results, separated out interference quantity of store in the carrier aircraft interference flow by incremental approach, then put it with the free-flow data of large scale model without the carrier aircraft interference. Finally we got the total aerodynamic force of store in the carrier aircraft interference flow. This method avoided ably to the same wind tunnel could not simulate two flow fields and the store model scale was too small.(2) Established the 6DOF flight simulation system of store separation on MATLAB/Simulink platform to get the separation characteristics of store in the carrier aircraft interference flow.(3) According to a certain type of vehicle for separation numerical simulation. Unstructured mesh automatic hole-cutting technology for multi-bodies was developed, based on the"wall distance"method.(4) Analyzed the flight simulation result, numerical simulation result and flight test result. The analysis results showed that they was very close to the flight test data. This proved engineering modeling methods of store separation and the accuracy of the numerical simulation. |
