Drill sampling device is one of the moon’s surface sampling lunar Phase III. It will use non-slip soft bag coring way to obtain a depth of about two meters and a cross-sectional sample of lunar soil to keep the sequence informat ion. In the drilling process, the lunar soil core samples were taken promptly wrapped core soft bags. after drilling, the end of the coring pouch needs to be highly reliable hermetic sealing to prevent sample scattered. If seal component arise failure,It will cause the sample to be lost, the return process sample Spills disorder and other c onsequences. For this reason, carring out the lunar soil sample soft bag sealing technology and enhancing reliability have great academic research and practical value. This paper presents a multi channel heterogeneous technical measures to ensure the reliability of the seal research program, carried out displacement constrained and power-constrained sealing assembly design, heterogeneous match and seal reliability assessment studies.This paper analyzed the non-slip drill coring system components and working principle, extracted a sample pouches reliable sealing of functional requirements and technical requirements, presented in the form of a force occupying reed constraine d button-closure plan and rope displacement constrained sealing solution. Using of soil mechanics Mohr- Coulomb criterion, destroing soft lunar soil sample bag failure model was established for the calculation of the sealing force and sealing reliability assessment providing a technical basis. On this basis, a mechanical model of interaction drawstring closure button-closure device cable with lunar soil and in the process turn occupying reed plastic deformation mechanics model was established for the detailed design of the sealing device providing a load parameter basis.Collaboratively and the positional relationship between the reed and matching drawstring research occupying between button-closure was carried out. the multi-channel isoforms seal is disposed in the soft bag program. Using elastic-plastic foil small curvature mandatory rollover process residual deformation effect, a reed processing beryllium sheet was achieved and the detailed design constraint forces occupying reed sealer and a test piece was compled; using of woven pouch Jingwei snap action principle fiber,a sealing effect of the radial displacement of the weft fiber spinning soft bag constrained to Kevlar fiber-based materials the detailed designing was achieved and button-closure device developed experimental pieces.We developed a seal integrated performance test bench to seal the load and seal the sealing characteristics and environmental resistance performance of both high and low temperature sealing device to carry out experiments. Experimental results show that occupying reed drawstring closure and button-closure device can independently sample pouch sealing function; two kinds of sealing devices in combination can adapt to a more complex sample form.In based of a spacecraft design and reliability assessment specification, the reliability evaluation method of heterogeneous multi-channel sealing device were studied. Using characteristic values of reliability test method performance parameters, reliability testing of heterogeneous multi-channel sealing was carried out, verifing the reliability of the seal.
