Dynamic Reconstruction Of Large Enterprise Residential Environment Of Northeast Old Industrial Base

Northeast old industrial base of large state-owned enterprise workers settlements are one of the iconic product of the 1950 s wave of industrial development of the country,is one of the important components for the formation, and has made tremendous contributions for the old industrial city. But with the China’s economy and urbanization developing rapidly, the Chinese city is undergoing tremendous change. At the same time,as the natural resources keep depleting, the old industrial base has not been effectively improved, led to such serious issues as lack of concentration of producing capacity,serious environmental pollution, security risks and other, can not meet the needs of urban development. Thus, the transformation of the old industrial base has become one of the major issues facing the development of the city.On the northeast old industrial base of workers settlements vitality transformation, it becomes better means that realize the social fairness and justice, safeguarding vulnerable groups reflect. It is a necessary process of sustainable urban development. Meanwhile, it is the city’s specific historical context inheritance.The paper makes the worker settlements as the research object. The article first determines the related topic concepts and the research scope, analyzes the neighborhood unit, organic update and some else classic urban planning theory how they guide the northeast old industrial base worker residential energy transformation. Through stating the northeast old industrial base of the historical evolution of replacement worker settlements planning background, researching the worker settlements of the three provinces in northeast China again, we determine the typical worker settlements in the three provinces of northeast China. Making the Harbin in Heilongjiang province as the target cities, Researching some typical worker settlements in Harbin, we investigate settlements of different period from the building, traffic, public service facilities,landscape and public space and so on, this paper explore the realistic problems of the worker settlement. Analyze the current worker settlement energy loss of the problem systematically and the value of its existence and modification. On this basis,comprehensively analyze the old industrial base worker residential energy elements,further explore the difference vital factors between worker settlements and general residential house and build a worker settlements vital factors framework which is made of the material energy and mental energy. To guide with insisting on sustainable development, inheriting the historical context and such four reform concept,work with the public space,traffic, public service facilities, service facilities, landscape and other aspects, further explore the feasible way of workers residential energy regeneration.Based on the above results, this paper shows promoting the public space and richfunction, enhancing the diversity of public service facilities, such the reform strategies.Finally, an example is studied by using the above research results, respectively reform the worker residential public space, road traffic, public service facilities, service facilities, greening landscape five aspects of energy transformation.The focus of the study is to explore the worker settlements environment dynamic elements architecture and operable worker settlements environment energy transformation strategy. The aim is to dig the northeast old industrial base worker residential renovation potential, enhance the vitality of residential house, add new impetus to the development of the city.
