Today,China has basically achieved a well-off society in an all-round way,and China is moving towards its second centenary goal of achieving common prosperity in an all-round way and building a socialist modern power in an all-round way.With the expansion of cities,rapid economic development,industrial restructuring and upgrading,and the development of Internet big data,intelligence,technology,and automation have affected traditional industrial production methods.Industrial buildings with great contributions have gradually withdrawn from the stage of history,and state-owned enterprise reforms While achieving fruitful results,many problems and contradictions have also been exposed.One of the most acute ones is the placement of employees in state-owned enterprises in the process of bankruptcy and reorganization of the northeast old industrial base.How to effectively solve this problem requires the joint efforts of the national government,the resettled workers themselves,the enterprises and other parties.It has important policy significance for maintaining the harmony and stability of our society.Through the literature research method,this study collected and sorted out a large number of documents related to the placement of employees in the bankruptcy and reorganization of state-owned enterprises,so as to provide sufficient theoretical basis for this study.As well,this study adopted the case analysis method to analyse the current situation of enterprise management and labor relations of Z company,in order to find the problems and reasons of employee resettlement in the process of bankruptcy and reorganization of the company,and to put forward corresponding policy suggestions.The specific contents are arranged as follows:first,through literature research,this paper constructs the theoretical background framework.Second,to analyze the current situation of employee placement in the process of bankruptcy and reorganization of state-owned enterprises in the old industrial base of Northeast China.Third,taking Z Company as a typical case,this paper analyzes the prominent contradictions in the process of bankruptcy reorganization and employee resettlement.The results show that there are some problems in the resettlement work,such as insufficient guarantee of resettlement policy,low reemployment rate,limited enterprise resettlement space and resettlement funds,and great resistance of employees to the resettlement work,so as to further analyze the causes of the difficulties of employee resettlement.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy,economy,enterprises and employees.The research results of this paper have practical significance and application value.I hope this research can provide an effective reference for the whole industry. |
