Intensive Strategic Study On The Indoor Space Of The Tiny House

In the process of rapid urbanization and economic transformation, fields and houses have been changed into capital and in the charge of capital groups. The socially vulnerable groups are faced with great challenges of residency because of the extreme shortage of land resources as well as the very imbalance of residents’ income and the real estate development.Therefore, the idea of tiny living space can meet a large number of living demands. At the same time modular design, industrial production and prefabricated building can be adopted to achieve rapid construction and save social resources. The research of the intensive strategies for indoor space will start from the questions and the countermeasures. Through theoretical research and combined with relevant cases it is to analyze intensive strategies closely and then verify them through the comparative study of multi-scheme designs. The construction of tiny living space is also designed to concretely study the composite design of functional space, functional units, and modular design of furniture, the specific images of which are presented by their entities in order to obtain first-hand experience of space. The study of intensive strategies for living space is beneficial to adjust the structure of urban residency and provide more different choices according to the citizens’ requirements under different conditions and circumstances. The intensive strategies used in the design have good derivatives. Based on this design and the actual needs, research can extended into the development of other products with broad adaptability such as small disaster relief and transitional houses, vocation home and mini family residence, realizing modular design construction as well as good economic and social benefits.
