| With the rapid development of economy in our country, the outsourcing processing occupies an increasingly important position in the manufacturing process. In the current process of the outsourcing processing, the main way to coordinate and communicate between dominant enterprise and the outsourcing factory is telephone, fax, E-mail, etc. Due to this kind of outsourcing information communication, dominant enterprise can not get the outsourcing information in time and accurately. There always appear the phenomenon that dominant enterprise can not accurately grasp the progress of the outsourcing manufactured parts and leading companies cannot take timely measures to the problems occurred in the process of the outsourcing processing. With the influence by time, region and the transfer of outsourcing schedule information, dominant enterprise is unable to control the schedule of outsourcing parts timely, thereby affecting the optimal allocation and scheduling of the overall resources in the dominant enterprise, and ultimately have a negative impact on business schedule delivery capacity and market competitiveness of the dominant enterprise. Aiming at the problems and needs of outsourcing manufacturing schedule control, a networked real-time control and management system for outsourcing production schedule based on mobile terminal was presented on the basis of existing research results. It provides an effective solution idea for the problems above.Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of current research on outsourcing manufacturing schedule control, combined with characteristics and needs of outsourcing manufacturing schedule control, this paper puts forward a networked real-time control and management overall solution for outsourcing production schedule based on mobile terminal. In addition, the architecture, function structure and operation modes of the system were set up.Secondly, based on the above research of system structure and operation mode, some key techniques were studied, such as research on mobile terminal for outsourcing manufacturing schedule control, a real-time data collection and sharing of outsourcing production schedule information based on mobile terminal and early-warning model of the outsourcing production schedule monitoring.Finally, based on these studies, combined with the practical situation and requirements of real-time control and management for outsourcing production schedule in Jiangsu, a networked real-time control and management system for outsourcing production schedule based on mobile terminal was designed and developed. This system has been successfully applied in the process of outsourcing production schedule real-time control in this enterprise and good results were obtained. |
