| Journal bearings which has bearing capacity,low power consumption,impact resistance,high-precision,good seismic resistance,is widely used in steam turbine power transmission system,which can be said that the performance of journal bearings directly related to mechanical components of the service life and normal operation.With the development of engineering technology,the normal operation of mechanical components in extreme environments has become the focus of attention,such as high temperature,high pressure,higher rotational speed and heavy load.The study of journal bearings under extreme conditions can clarify the operating condition of journal bearings under extreme conditions,and it is of great practical significance to study the development and characteristics of the following sliding bearings.In the process of rotation,the viscous dissipation of lubricating oil produces some heat in the shear force,and the phenomena of cavitation in the expanding region are obvious,so the viscous temperature characteristics and cavitation of sliding bearings can not be ignored.In view of this,the paper adopts the numerical simulation method to study the static and dynamic characteristics of journal bearings with single-oil wedge bidirectional lubrication.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter One: The research background and significance of single oil wedge bidirectional lubricating bearings are discussed,and the research status of journal bearings is expounded.Chapter Two: A brief overview of the numerical calculation model of journal bearings;Chapter Three: The verification of sliding bearing numerical calculation model and the independent test of grid,the calculation model of single-oil wedge journal bearing lubrication groove is established.Chapter four: The static characteristics of single-oil wedge lubrication groove journal bearings are studied in different eccentricity,different oil supply angles,different oil supply pressures,different oil temperature,different ambient temperature and different axial rotational speeds.Chapter five: with a certain steady state point flow field parameter distribution as initial value,exert step disturbance load on the shaft,according to the relative motion principle,the fluid-solid coupling calculation method of axial bush dynamic and spindle rotation is proposed,and the dynamic characteristics of single oil wedge twoway lubrication groove journal bearings are studied. |
