National energy strategic security is important to sustainability of the development and national economy.About 10% of the total efficiency of China’s energy coefficient is less than 1/2 of the developed countries, and another 90% the energy loss during processing, conversion, storage, and end use. Low efficiency of energy use, the "shortage" delay normal production,waste of resources caused by China’s annual accounts for 5% of GDP, the losses caused by accounting for 10% of China’s GDP. Regarding above two points, the annual loss is at least 2 trillion Yuan in China.Energy conservation has become a pressing issue.For enterprises, energy waste is a direct energy costs rise.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to energy saving equipment, energy conservation as a key to improve profitability in an increasingly competitive world. It is estimated that 65% of industrial energy consumption is from the motor, so the motor is no doubt belongs to the main object of attention.Captioned analysis is based on the theoretical analysis of constant water supply system, pump energy consumption principle and motor loss, pump load characteristics.Secondly,we studied on the relationship betweed power comsumption,pump flow,head,speed.Then we analysed current control method of constant water supply system.Finally, self-adjust fuzzy control has been decided to used as optimized control method in targeted constant water supply system.Meanwhile,Matlab was used for simulation study of targeted water supply system.Through the simulation results, what proved that the fuzzy PID controller control system meets the system requirements of the performance indicators. In last step, we applied self-adjust fuzzy PID control into real project,accompanied with other hardwares,such as drives,motors,PLC,it proved self-adjust fuzzy PID control can totally meeting targeted desgined request,aslo has the feasibility in real projects.
