Study On Complete Vehicle Package Parametric Model Creating Method And Application Based On Legal Requirements And Ergonomices Boundary

Complete Vehicle Package Design is a system job which including planning, designing and production validation. Package Designing need to consider a lot of requirements, such as the legal requirements, the vehicle standards, the engineering function and geometry limits, and the ergonomics engineering requirements. Complete Vehicle Packaging Design is also a multi-proposal and repeated design process. In the concept design phase, the package engineer made the decision and judgment according to the experiences. According to the update of the basic package information and ergonomics parameters, the legal requirement and ergonomics models will update automatically. Study to create the parametric model based on the legal requirements and the ergonomics boundaries for the complete vehicle package design. It will make the package work more efficient and accurate. It will also shorten the design phase.
