PMC is scattered concrete and aggregate combined with polymers in water when they’re mixed. PMC has high strength and corrosion resistance, low water absorption and curing time. It has widely used. But from now, we didn’t found effective reinforcing material. So it’s a important topic to test various kinds of fiber reinforced material to find the best polymer concrete reinforced material. This experiment first test mechanical properties of polymer modified concrete under different ratio were determined, the final mixing ratio was determined by orthogonal experiment, modified by polymer and on the basis of the determined samples, frost resistance and mechanical properties of modified concrete can be determined, experiments show that, the best mix for: cement: Sand: gravel: water: the dosage of FDN =1: 1.30: 2.42: 0.42: 0.01(unit: kg/m3). Moreover, adding polymer emulsion to concrete, not only improve the performance of the original concrete, but also makes special use of polymer concrete with ordinary concrete not available—repairing engineering.
