Slag is an industrial waste, its production has brought a lot of problems. This paper studies the effects of steel slag and activator of cement mortar and steel slag, fly ash and slag powder as mineral admixtures on physical and mechanical properties of steel slag concrete frost resistance of standard conditions and natural conditions as well as conservation mode on mechanical properties of steel slag concrete. And by means of SEM, EDS observation and analysis of the microstructure and hydration products within the concrete slag. By testing the following conclusions:(1)The different contents of slag powder were incorporated into the cement mortar, the test results show that the steel slag powder mixed with cement mortar fluidity with increasing dosage, and then decreases after the law, flexural, compressive strength with increasing content of slag powder and showed a gradual decrease. Comparative study of Na OH, Na2SO4, Na2 Si O3 excitation effect of slag powder and found the best excitation effect Na2SO4, Na OH is followed, Na2 Si O3 worst.(2)Replace the steel slag as concrete aggregate 30% of the natural stone and 50% natural sand on the mechanical properties of concrete has some reinforcing effect. The steel slag is incorporated into different varieties of steel slag cement concrete, replacing cement, the test results showed that ordinary portland cement, high sulfate resisting portland cement, fast hard-sulfur aluminate cement slag powder steel slag concrete most excellent content of 20%, 10%, 10% and a reasonable range of dosage should not normally exceed 30%, 30%, 20%. When the steel slag, fly ash and slag powder doped single mineral admixtures for concrete, steel slag, fly ash and slag powder steel slag concrete optimal dosage were 20%, 10% and 30%. And found that the strength of the incorporation of slag powder steel slag concrete the highest, followed by the strength of fly ash, slag powder lowest strength. By blending ratio test, we found the optimal proportion of steel slag, fly ash and slag powder when mixed complex. Steel slag and Fly Ash, slag powder and slag powder mixed with the complex, and most complex added fly ash and slag powder are mixed at 10%, and most complex of the three mixed content when 20% Mixing with better results than the single doped.(3)Comparative study of the differences in natural conditions and standard conditions of conservation of slag concrete strength, find the difference between these two slag concrete strength with the growth of age is increasing. Steel slag concrete freeze-thaw cycle test were found, single frost resistance of fly ash concrete slag best, mixed complex admixture of slag concrete, single Slag powder slag concrete frost resistance and blank group second, single-doped slag powder steel slag concrete frost resistance worst.
