Therefore,we developed, implemented and applied Maintenance Management System for Tianshui Highway Maintenance General Administration.The paper firstly introduces the development of domestic and international road maintenance management system; secondly describes institutional and scientific development trend of China’s highway maintenance management; lastly develops the Highway Maintenance Management System for Tianshui highway departments in Gansu Province which based on the arterial highway maintenance on this background the article make the demand analysis for system, and gives the overall design of the system.
