Prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge has got a long-term development worldwide since it has characteristics of strong spanning capacity, excellent wind-resistance and structural performance. However, belonging to the higher statically indeterminate structure, both the structure and the forming process of cable-stayed bridge are very complex, in addition, there are many uncertain factors in the practical construction process.Based on a concrete cable-stayed bridge as an engineering background, taking practical problems as starting points, such as cradle form changing, system transformation of subsidiary piers, then building the model with analysis and calculation, analyzing the causes of the problem and putting forward relevant suggestions in order to guide the construction correctly, providing a reference for similar problems of cable-stayed bridge in the construction process in the future. The main contents are as follows:1. Research on changing construction process with cradles form-changing, leading to tensile stress levels of 0 piece and the impact may exist as the girder construction lasts. In response to these problems, taking corresponding measures(e.g., tensioned prestressed, set the steel pipe pile, etc.) to ensure the safety of the construction and operation phase of the structure.2. Firstly study the influence of bridge alignment and cable force in different forms of cradles under construction state of cable-stayed bridge condition, then study parameters in different forms of cradles(bulk density, Concrete shrinkage and creep, cable force,prestressed loss, temperature) for comparison when experienced the same changing, which provides reference for construction and monitoring.3. Study the influence on cable-stayed bridge construction and operation condition caused by subsidiary piers.In operation: â‘  Analysis of concrete cable-stayed bridge whether subsidiary piers exist or not. â‘¡ Analysis of impact on cable-stayed bridge caused by the position of subsidiary piers. The research found that when cable-stayed bridge is under the action of the subsidiarypier, it h as more obvious influence to side span main girder bending moment, main tower root bending moment, and the displacement of middle span, in addition, the effects differ from different po sition of the subsidiary pier.In construction:â‘ Study on tensioning scheme of main girder beams in different location from the top of subsidiary piers. â‘¡Impact on cable-stayed bridge caused by distance from the main girder to the subsidiary piers, mainly including the influence of linear, slant tower and cable force.Draw reasonable scheme of tensioned cable and when the distance of girder construction linear from the top of the subsidiary pier in a certain range, the force states of cab le-stayed bridge is better.
