Due to be able to give full play to the advantages of steel and concrete,hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge has the largest spanning ability and a good economical efficiency.It has a very broad application prospects in modern transportation construction.The east bridge of liaodong bay in the city of panjin plays an active role in improving the network structure of the New District,ameliorating the urban function and promoting the regional economic development.The east bridge of liaodong bay is a hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a single tower space cable plane.Its structure is tower girder consolidation and tower pier separation.Its span arrangement is 50 m +130 m.The main girder adopts a mixed beam form that side span concrete beam and main span steel beam.The main tower is a swan shape tilted to the sides.The overall shape of the structure is unique and novel,and the force is complex.This paper takes the east bridge of liaodong bay as the background and the main research contents are as follows:(1)The determination of reasonable cable force of cable-stayed bridge is the premise of the formulation of stay cable tension scheme during construction.At first,this paper introduces the common used determination method of reasonable cable force of cable-stayed bridge.On this basis,this paper proposes a synthesis method using minimum bending strain energy and stress balance to obtain the basic principle and calculation procedure of reasonable cable force of cable-stayed bridge.This method is also employed to solve the reasonable cable force of the east bridge of liaodong bay.(2)The main content of cable-stayed bridge’s construction control is to effectively control and adjust the cable force,internal force and linear of each construction stage.For the control of cable force and internal force during construction of East bridge,this paper calculates the reasonable tensioning sequence and specific tension force of stay cable during construction by forward-analysis iterative method and controls the actual tension of stay cable by calculating the pulling out amount of anchor cup.After the construction of the East Bridge,the cable force of the East Bridge is measured,and the influence matrix method is adopted to adjust the cable force,so as to ensure that the actual cable force is consistent with the theoretical reasonable cable force.At the same time,by analyzing the internal forces of eachconstruction stage,it is guaranteed that the cable-stayed bridge is reasonable in force and its structure is safe and reliable in the whole construction process.(3)For the linear control during construction of East bridge,by simulating the actual construction stage,the construction pre-arched of the main beam,the pre bias of installation of the main tower and the pre elevation of the main tower are calculated.The bridge alignment of the cable-stayed bridge is guaranteed to meet the design requirements(4)The steel-concrete connection position is an important part of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge.It has the characteristics of special structure,complex stress calculation and lack of simple theoretical research results.In this paper,the stress states of the East Bridge under three different steel-concrete connection positions are calculated and analyzed,and the reasonable location of the steel-concrete connection position of the East Bridge is selected.Moreover,the local model of steel-concrete connection position is established by ABAQUS,and the stress distribution under combination of the most unfavorable internal force in the construction process and operation condition is analyzed.
