| As a new kind of environmental coating, liquid deicing and snow-melting agent has a broad prospect in pavement maintenance market for its good effect of melting ice and snow, long life cycle and lower cost. Based on the development, the existing problems and research findings of domestic and foreign on the sprayer for liquid deicing and snow-melting agent, a spraying system of liquid deicing and snow-melting agent was put forward. Due to usage limitation and cost, the working device was separated by the driving device, which was named as vehicle-mounted sprayer. The following researchs were mainly analyzed in this thesis.Drawing lesson from the existing advanced technology, the structure and dynamical system of the sprayer for liquid deicing and snow-melting agent were designed. The structure design included mixing system, delivery system, spraying system and frame. Dynamical system selection included motor and reducer for mixing, delivery pump, air compressor and generator which was independent of the vehicle.The influence on longitudinal spraying uniformity was discussed, and the control strategy was proposed. Combined with dynamic character of the sprayer, flow control mode based on the pump speed was selected, the scheme of controlling spraying uniformity was put forward, and the control system was studied, including hardware design and software design. The ideas-oriented software design was described by flow chart and analysis of the key program. The hardware design included control module, human-computer interaction module and communication module.The capacity of pipeline, average velocity of flowing section, linear loss, local loss of three kinds of pipeline, the influence on transverse spraying uniformity were analyzed by using the Euler method. The flow field of spraying system was simulated with the liquid software ANSYS FLUENT. The simulation results showed that transverse spraying uniformity of the prototype was not up to standard. Ultimately, the rationality of the improvements was verified by simulation. |
