The high performance ferrocement laminate(HPFL)-bonded steel joint reinforced method is a new type of reinforcement method. The reinforcement materials mainly use steel plate、high strength wire cable、polymer mortar. Its construction process is simple and it have great significant to improve the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete column and deformation of concrete column. At present the study of the reinforcement method is still at the initial stage. The study of mechanical properties for RC structure and especially constrained column is little.Based on axial compression tests of HPFL- bonded steel joint reinforced RC column, and the pre-existing constitutive model of confined concrete, the constitutive relationship of composite material which is used to reinforce RC column is put forward. Then integral and separate model of HPFL- bonded steel joint reinforced RC column is set up through the finite element software ANSYS, and verified the correctness of the constitutive relation curves.Main results are as follows:1、The deformation process of HPFL- bonded steel joint reinforced RC column is divided into the elastic stage、elastic-plastic stage and damage stage. On the basis of Mander model and Sheikh model, the constitutive relationship of the constrained column is got.2、Based on ANSYS program, constitutive relationship of constraint column is use for numerical analysis of reinforced column, it can reflect good mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of reinforced column, the constitutive can be used to analysis mechanical properties of reinforced column.
