The asphalt be changed from thermoplastic to thermoset.This thesis analyses basic curing reaction theory of epoxy asphalt under the premise of the quality of expory asphalt keeping same in proportion with the total quality of epoxy asphalt according to analysing the change of its tensible strength. Which ensures optimal proportion of epoxy and curing agent. That is 1:1; then we under the condition of the total quality of epoxy asphalt keeping steady, adjust the quality of epoxy resin system; last the thesis comfrim the quality of epoxy system in proportion with total quality, that is 45%.This thesis analyses fundamental function of epoxy asphalt according to mechanical property bush viscometer testing at home and use fluorsence microscope. Its result show that the tensile strength of epoxy asphalt, under the condition that the quality of itself keep same,gradually increase, but the elongation rate of break gradually cut down. With the quality of epoxy resin system. Epoxy asphalt system convert accordingly when the quality of epoxy system climb to 45%; epoxy resin firstly change into cintinuous phase, whlie asphalt is discrete phase. The cohesion of epoxy asphalt increase gradually with increasing reaction temperture. The cohesion of system reach 1 Pa·s requring 55 minutes. Of course, it can solidify under nomal temperture, as well as the systematical conhesion could adjust with actural sitution.Secodly, according to desgin method of epoxy asphalt mineral mixture and combining the current situation of epoxy asphalt mineral mixture. The thesis adopts desgin method of marshall stality and ensure the optimal stone proportion of epoxy asphalt, that is 6.0%,through analysing basic festure of epoxy asphalt mixture.Last but not least, the thesis evalutes road performance of epoxy asphalt mixture.Through the test of high temperature rutting, low temperature blending, immersion marshall,freeze thaw split ice, adhesion corrsion resistence. |
